Televex provides web design, web development, SaaS and business system builds, consulting, and related digital product services. Website content describes our capabilities generally and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

We aim to keep information on this site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information only. Case studies, timelines, pricing ranges, and outcomes are illustrative and may vary by project scope, technology, and client context.

Submitting a contact form or email does not create a client relationship. A project begins only after both parties agree in writing — typically via proposal, statement of work, or contract — covering scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables.

Project deliverables created for clients are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payments, maps, analytics, email, and similar). Their terms and availability are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or fees charged by those providers unless our agreement says otherwise.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Televex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. For contracted project work, liability limits are defined in the signed agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a project agreement specifies a different governing law.
